1. OVERVIEW

At FRMWRK, we design and produce premium wardrobe essentials in limited quantities.
To maintain product integrity and operational efficiency, we follow a strict Exchange-Only Policy.

We do not offer refunds.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. NO REFUNDS

All purchases made on www.frmwrk.in are final.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Order cancellations after dispatch

  • Credit notes

Exceptions apply only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Section 5).

3. SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer one-time size exchange per order, subject to availability.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • Free from stains, marks, perfume, or deodorant

    • Returned with original tags and packaging intact

  • The requested size must be in stock

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An alternative size (if acceptable), or

  • Store credit at our discretion

FRMWRK reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not meet inspection standards.

4. EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Email us at hello@frmwrk.in with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for exchange

    • Clear images of the product

  2. Upon approval, we will provide return shipping instructions.

  3. The product must be shipped back within the timeline communicated.

  4. Once received and inspected, the replacement item will be dispatched.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a fault or error on our part.

5. FAULTY / DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEM

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A manufacturing defect

  • An incorrect item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video (if possible).

If approved after inspection, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost

We do not issue monetary refunds in such cases. Replacement is the sole remedy.

6. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Limited drop or made-to-order items (if stated on product page)

  • Items returned without original tags

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer

7. INSPECTION & APPROVAL

All returned items undergo quality inspection.

FRMWRK reserves the right to refuse exchanges if:

  • The product fails quality checks

  • The request is outside the allowed time window

  • The garment appears used or altered

In such cases, the product may be shipped back to the customer at their cost.

8. SHIPPING LIABILITY

We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping initiated by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

9. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

FRMWRK reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
The version published on the Website at the time of purchase shall apply.
