1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on www.frmwrk.in are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays in India.

Orders placed after 2PM IST will be processed starting the next business day.

During new drops, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-metro locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

FRMWRK offers international shipping to select countries.

  • International shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier partner.

  • Estimated delivery times typically range between 7–14 business days after dispatch, but may vary depending on customs clearance processes.

Important:

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local VAT

  • Handling charges

These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.

FRMWRK is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

If a shipment is refused by the customer due to customs charges or regulations, the order will not be refunded.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. International shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once dispatched, customers will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS

  • A tracking number

Tracking updates are provided by the courier partner and may take up to 24 hours to activate.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

FRMWRK is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us at [Insert Support Email].

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate. However, FRMWRK is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or force majeure events.

9. UNDELIVERED / RETURNED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If an international order is returned due to:

  • Failure to pay customs duties

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Incorrect address

The order will not be refunded.
