1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to FRMWRK. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.frmwrk.in (the "Website") and any purchase of products through the Website. FRMWRK is a brand owned and operated by Ragika Fashion Private Limited. By accessing or using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you either:

  • are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; or

  • have obtained prior consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Website and to place the order.

3. NATURE OF BUSINESS

FRMWRK is a premium basics apparel brand offering wardrobe essentials, limited-run drops, seasonal collections, and related accessories. All products sold on the Website are owned, stocked and fulfilled by Ragika Fashion Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

4. ELECTRONIC RECORDS & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

You agree that:

  • These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any order confirmations, invoices, or communications delivered electronically constitute an electronic record under applicable law and are binding.

  • The electronic records produced by us are valid, enforceable, and admissible in evidence.

5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to display colors, textures, dimensions and product imagery accurately. Minor variations (due to screens, fabric batches, or artisanal finishes) may occur and are not defects. Product availability is subject to stock; we may cancel or modify orders in the event of stock errors.

6. PRICING & TAXES

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before order confirmation.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE, PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only when we send an order confirmation email or SMS to you after successful payment authorization. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.

8. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments via the payment gateways and methods displayed on the Website (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets when supported). Payment failure due to third-party gateways is outside our control.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on your delivery address and courier partner. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, government actions). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation.

10. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Our Returns & Exchange Policy is published separately and forms part of these Terms. In general:

  • Returns must be initiated within the timeframe specified on the Returns & Exchange Policy page.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

  • Some limited or made-to-order drops are non-returnable; such restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page.

11. PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED DROPS

Products sold as pre-orders or limited drops may have longer lead times. By placing a pre-order you agree to the stated lead time and accept that cancellations may be restricted once production has commenced. Production and delivery timelines will be stated on each product page.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website including the brand name FRMWRK, logos, design assets, product photographs, copy, and site layout is the intellectual property of Ragika Fashion Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and design laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

13. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • use the Website for illegal or unauthorised purposes;

  • interfere with the Website’s operation;

  • engage in scraping, data-mining or reproduction of product content;
